We are currently field-testing a new customization service designed to bridge the gap for those of you searching for a specific design or unit insignia not yet featured in our current inventory. This is your opportunity to take the lead on the design process and build the exact gear you've been hunting for. We’re holding ourselves to the highest standards to ensure your apparel is as squared away as your inspection uniform. Customization Instructions

Follow these steps to build your custom loadout. Precision is key—ensure your annotations are clear so the final product meets the standard.

• Step 1: Enter your contact information so the Melted Barrel team can send over your digital mock-ups for review and approval and choose the type of product you'd like.

• Step 2: In the "Step 2" block, specify your desired Front Left Chest unit image.

• Step 3: In the "Step 3" block, annotate any text you want placed directly under the Front Left Chest image. (Optional)

• Step 4: In the "Step 4" block, describe the Main Back Image for the garment.

• Step 5: In the "Step 5" block, annotate the text you want displayed under the back image. (Optional)

• Step 6: If your unit or specific design did not appear when using our site's search bar, use the Upload Tool to provide a high-resolution file of the desired image.
