Thank you for supporting our small business! Each item in our shop is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Wrong color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided after the order has already shipped

 

Please review your order carefully before checking out to ensure all details are correct.

Our Promise to You

We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives with an error made on our part—such as an incorrect item, design, color, or a manufacturing defect—we will gladly replace or exchange the item at no cost to you.

To request a replacement due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item received

Refunds and Exchanges for Eligible Orders:

  • Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for processing.

  • Refunds: If eligible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Exchanges: If an exchange was requested due to an error on our part, the exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

  • Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund.
