​The goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with purchases from Melted Barrel! If you are not happy with an order, items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Conditions for Returns:

• Eligibility: All clothing items can be returned.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged, and unworn condition.

• Original Packaging & Tags: Clothing should be returned with all original tags attached and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process the return.

 

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact customer service at info@meltedbarrel.shop to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include proof of purchase and the provided RMA number.

3. Ship Your Return: 

   • Option 1: Prepaid Shipping Label: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience. Simply affix the label to the package and drop it off at UPS. The cost of return shipping will be paid by us.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return for processing.

• Refunds: If eligible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

• Exchanges: If an exchange was requested, it will be processed upon receiving the returned item. The exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

• Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit instead of a refund.

• If an item is returned damaged or does not meet the specified return conditions, the return may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
