Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Because we specialize in detailed, unit-specific custom gear, our production and shipping processes may differ from standard off-the-shelf retail stores. Please review our policy below to understand how your order is handled and delivered.

Production & Handling Time

Made to Order: To offer a massive library of specific unit, battalion, and specialized insignia designs, our items are printed or manufactured on-demand.
Processing Windows: Standard production takes 2 to 5 business days before dispatch. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Production times are independent of shipping/transit times.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Standard Shipping: Once production is complete, domestic transit typically takes 3 to 6 business days.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping: We proudly ship to our service members overseas. Please note that transit times to military postal destinations depend on overseas postal routing and can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Tracking

As soon as your gear is printed, packed, and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your gear arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days at info@meltedbarrel.shop so we can look into the issue or issue a replacement.
